These pants are good if you have another jacket. I bought a Century jacket and the quality is not as good as it was a couple of years ago. These pants are just fine though. I will never wear traditional drawstring again.
I had a seamstress put elastic and a drawsting in some traditional Tokaido pants for $17 because I wanted to return a higher quality dogi, but these pants have served me well for a couple of years and really show no signs of wear after about 100 classes or so.

I live the waistband. Drawstring waistbands come undone, especially during kumite. Fabric is still strong enough to get a good snap when executing a movement.
