Well, I was very excited to get these shoes because I had seen them in the mall, and they looked super cute, but I had never tried them on. Now, I have big feet, a size 11, but pretty much every pair of 11's that I've tried on/bought have always fit.

Anyway, I decided to purchase these, because I needed a nice and simple black pump. When they came in the mail, I ripped through that box so quickly (I was really excited to get them), and I think I spent a good couple minutes trying to cram my foot into this VERY narrow and tight shoe. I thought, "It's okay, they'll stretch out." So I walked around the house in them for a bit.

Two things I noticed:
1) The point of the toe is so long, that when you walk, the empty part of it actually bends, leaving a bit of a crease. It seemed like this crease would only get deeper and deeper, making the shoes much less attractive.
2) I went to walk on the carpet, and I slid around all over the place(just so you know, I have a LOT of experience walking in 3, 4, and even 5 inch heels/pumps). It was very awkward, and something I have never had a shoe do before.

And beyond all that, they just plain hurt. They felt like I was cramming them into a size 9. I don't think that they would have ever been comfortable, broken in or not.

Sadly I ended up returning them. I really wanted to try to make it work, but for $67.00, I had to LOVE them. They looked great online, but not on my feet.

This shoe is absolutely beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship. Quite comfortable considering the heel height (nearly 4"). I am delighted with the selection of colors and patterns available for this shoe model. I bought the cream colored and mahogany crocodile print ones and I love them--they are very versatile in my wardrobe. A shoe like this won't go out of style!

I love the look of these but they are very uncomfortable and run small. I ordered an 8 which usually fits but was tight in these shoes.

These shoes came as a rec. from a friend who swears by them. As a girl who has to dress in business professional attire everyday for work I was excited to try these. I have not even had them for 2 weeks and the metal is already worn through the heel, mind you I am 5'11" and thin. I have shoes from Target that are better made than these! The heel looks chewed up and the bottoms are almost worn. I am not on my feet a whole lot so I can't see why these shoes would already be as worn as they are, except for being cheaply made. Other than that, the out side of them looks nice...but if I could return them I would. Not impressed BCBG!

These shoes are amazing!!! this is the 4th time I get them; they're so comfortable and look great!!! Hope they don't get discontinued. I recomend them 100%

This is the second pair of the same shoe that i have purchased . i love them. they look good and they are pretty comfortable . hope they keep making them

I have to agree with the other reviewer M. Penny. I have worn these shoes to work for the last 4 years, I am a flight attendant so I do LOTS of walking. They are the most comfortable shoe I own (and like most women I own a ton!) I get compliments on them all the time. I just can not find another shoe that compares so i take them to the shoe repair and fix the heal when it wears down.

For the last 4 years, I've purchased a new pair of these shoes. I'm in love and will be heartbroken if BCBGirls ever discontinues this shoe! These shoes are comfortable, withstand being worn to death, and add that last little bit of polish to my work clothes and cocktail dresses. These are a must buy!

I decided to write a review when I saw all of the negative reviews these shoes got. I must say, I tend to have a hard time finding comfortable shoes--I love heels (the higher the better!), but most of my shoes (even the flats) are uncomfortable b/c they pinch something or dig into something else. However, with the exception of my sneakers, these shoes are the MOST COMFORTABLE pair of shoes in my closet. I am sad that they don't come in more colors that I like b/c these are my go-to shoes at all times. I find them to be true to size, fit very snugly but don't pinch, and my foot does not slide inside the shoe. I do a lot of walking on cobblestone and very uneven streets, and even under those conditions I can still usually dance the night away in these pumps. If you are looking for some comfy black pumps, definitely give these a try. If they end up fitting you well, these will be your new best friend!!

I love these heels! 3rd time buying them... Just can't find anything that matches them and for the price I mean com'on! Also, I find them really comfortable. I love the cut on them! I've looked for pumps that have the same cut as these heels and I've found none. The cut makes them look soo sexy on u... I've gotten guys complement them :) It's a must have! These heels give u power! hehe You can wear them at the office or for a night-out. Versatility- gotta love it!
