BCParkWiz helps you avoid parking tickets by keeping track of the time running out on a parking meter and the overtime on the parking meter after it has expired. Simply set the parking time and start BCParkWiz when you insert coins into the parking meter, and it shows you the time when the parking meter will run out and how much time is left until then. When the parking meter expires (or some time of your choice before that) an alarm goes off. The alarm can be accompanied by a sound (three different types can be selected, from subtle to loud), or it can be set to silent. All settings (start time, parking time, alarm type etc.) can be adjusted anytime, even after BCParkWiz was started. BCParkWiz can be started retro-actively (in case you forgot to start it and remember later). After the parking meter has expired, BCParkWiz continues to run and shows you the overtime (up to 23 hours and 59 minutes). There are several methods to facilitate quick and easy entry of the start time (buttons 'now', '+', and '-') and the parking time (a configurable picklist and buttons '+' and '-'). The parking time can be up to 999 minutes (in the trial version, the maximum is 15 minutes). The graphics are in black & white only and support a resolution of 160 by 160 pixels. The alarm supports simple sounds only. The downloadable ZIP file includes detailed instructions.
