These boots run SO SMALL! I heeded their warning of running small and ordered a size up. I should have ordered TWO sizes up. Never mind that their customer service is HORRIBLE and they don't reply to email requests in time for the items to be returned. AND that they require you to purchase the item you wish to exchange for before they'll accept the return of the too small or incorrect item. Had I purchased the larger size, I would have been stuck with two pairs of these boots. No traditional exchanges for The Clausette. Don't even THINK about talking to a live person. Emails only. At least since December. The absolute WORST Amazon Retailer I've EVER dealt with.

Never got the correct shoes - first they shipped Womens instead of Mens. 6 weeks later still no shoes or a reply to any of my emails. It is literaly impossible to contact their customer service. They don't respond to Emails (ever) and the 1-800 number has a "We are not receiving calls" message playing 24x7.
I am not the only customer to have problems with this retailer. Almost 30% of their customers have serious issues.
Amazon - Shame - shame - shame for letting Clausette sell through your shop front. I have submitted an A-Z warranty claim through Amazon. Before this experience I had been very happy with my shopping experience with Amazon. Now I wonder about everything I purchase.

We returned these for a credit because they did not fit my son. We then ordered another pair. We have not received a credit for returning the first pair. We returned them the day after we received them. We put the original purchase on our credit card.

Ordered mens's bearpaw boots and received women's size 11 boots. E-mailed amazon 1 week ago and have not received a response. At this point I am naturally not satisfied.

My sheepskin boots have just arrived. Very fast and efficient, just four days for an international delivery, excellent service from Amazon and DHL.
I had researched a lot for a boot lined with sheepskin, because I have cold feet and legs, so I was really excited to see them up close and put them in the legs. No disappointment, my expectations were even exceeded. These boots are wonderful, very soft and comfortable. The lining skin is thick, has 0.5 inches of skin super soft and cozy. I received them in the office, and did not wait to get home to try them, spent the rest of the day working with my feet warm! No problem with the size because I followed the advice of other buyers and asked for a higher number, I use 9 and 10 was just perfect, with or without socks.

I bought these for my husband after owning three pairs of Bearpaw boots myself in the past. They keep your feet warm and dry in the worst weather, and are extremely comfortable on your feet. It took a couple of days to convince him, but now my husband is just as sold as I am. I think they're just as good as my Uggs, but are less than half the price! They do run small, so order a size up.

These boots are not quite as good as Uggs, but they cost less than half as much. Therefore, they are very good value. The lining is sheepskin/wool rather than pure sheepskin. The sheepskin insoles sometimes bunch up when you're taking the boots off. These are minor problems and the boots are very comfortable. The only time I wear them outside is when i go swimming (Sheepskin boots are a swimmer thing - great in the cold when your feet are wet and you are waiting for your event.) The sizes definitely run small. I ordered a full size larger than what I usually wear and they were still a tight fit. But that's good because all sheepskin boots are going to stretch out some. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these.

Great deal, great product, great price ($40.00 less than the other guys) and good quality. I've worn mind almost daily (as indoor/outdoor house slippers) since I bought them. LOVE 'EM... Feet warm...heart HAPPY!

Just received these boots - they arrived promptly. They seem very well made, and the price was great. My only quibble is with the sizing. I have a size 9 foot. I ordered a size 10 boot because of warnings from other reviewers. The length is fine, but they are still a bit too snug. I'm uncertain whether to keep these (because they may stretch a little), or return them for the next size up, which may be too long.

Of course, these are comments you could make about any shoe! If they fit you, they are a very good value. I do intend to own a pair, one way or another.
