I love these stools, they have a sleek and smooth texture. You know black goes with anything. Plus the price were unbelivable. I couldn't believe I was receiving 2 stools for basically 60 bucks plus shipping and handling. Every store I browse for stools, one stool was the price of both of those stools put together and they were not swivel. Stores like Pier 1, J.C. Penny, Sears, Wal-Mart, Garden Ridge, Target. These stools turn completely around, you don't have to get up to turn your stool around if you want to change direction. My husband and I eat our breakfast in the morning before leaving for work at the breakfast bar sitting in those stools. When we are watching the news we just swirl around in the stool. Everything was just like they advertised. I received the stools in the amount time they said I would. I also received an e-mail with the tracking number to let me know the status of my package. Great DEAL!!!!

Love the barstools.Very comfortable.We bought a new trailer and it had a bar so we decided to go with these barstools for our home.Great for if you want the swival also. We really enjoy drinking our coffee at our bar with these very comfortable bar stools we bought here for very good price than most places we searched..They are Black metal and have the soft cushiony seats and very easy to put together took about thirty minutes to get them put together and we were sitting at the bar in them.They took about a week to ship.

Pros:
Inexpensive (less than $50 shipped for 2 stools)
look nice and are tall enough for my bar counters


Cons:
Backrest is uncomfortable and hard - needs pillow
Getting the huge oddly sized merchandise out of box filled with shipping popcorn
Need to assemble both, slightly difficult - takes about half an hour

If your looking for something to last a long time, you should consider buying some other stools. I bought the stools, more for decor, than for actual sitting use, so I am pleased with the results. The stools are pretty, and they are durable enough for short time use, so I think they are good for the price.

It takes a little time to assemble the stools, because the directions are in only 4 parts, and they are not the easiest to understand. It took me about an hour to get both stools assembled, if the directions would have been clearer, it would have only taken about 30 minutes.

Some of the metal was a little scratched when it arrived, and the rubber used to prevent the stools from scratching the floor, was missing on one of the legs. It was also hard to align the screws with the holes, but I somehow managed. Also, a few screws were missing from my order, but I was able to replace them myself.

I ordered and I am sorry I did. To start I have put together all kinds and types of furniture together like this over the years. The instructions was easy and the first chair was fine except one bolt was kind of slipping. I started to put together the 2nd chair and 3 of the 4 bolts would not go in. They were not drilled wide enough. If the legs are not real tight this can be an unsafe product in my opinion. Major setback for this product.

Also the seat you seem to feel like you are sliding forward. I am 5'10 and 195 pounds. Its not like I did not fit on the seat. And there is really no back support. Might as well get stools with no back if this product is your only option.

If the product had proper holes drilled out, it might be a 2-3 star review. But that and the fact it real light in weight tell you its real cheap and you get what you paid for. (its really just tube metal)

Oh and wait till you see the box it comes in. A mess. And now I have to use same box to return the chairs. Also if you have to return you have to pay postage and a 15% restocking fee. I am going to try and get out of those charges.

I got these and everything was great until a few months in somehow they all got broken from normal sitting. I guess maybe I gained weight? Anyway these are very flimsy, and I have had three broken from normal sized people sitting on them normally. I won't buy anymore of these because they are not adequate for my everyday needs.

The product is worth the price. Nice, fairly sturdy and easy to put together. However, I ordered three sets, one of which showed up without a problem, one of which showed up battered and bruised and one that showed up a complete mess.

The one that showed up just beat up had all the parts and worked out fine. Now the problem! The one that showed up severely damaged was missing the assembly parts and missing the caps for the legs, needed so the chair sits level and don't scratch the floor.

It is now going on two months and after numerous e-mails back and forth I received the parts for one of the chairs in the box, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PARTS FOR THE OTHER CHAIR. I have been repeatedly told they mailed them, but, NO PARTS!

If you can get the chairs somewhere else, get them.

The stools hold up well and seem supportive for the average weight. I had a hard time with attaching the cushion using a screwdriver. It might be best to use a drill to get the screws to go directly into the wood underneath. The directions are not the best because they are all images and no text. I like the back rest though and they swivel very nicely. It's great being able to buy two at once.

This item was one screw short. We were able to purchase that screw for just a few cents. Overall, we were happy with the item.

You get two chairs, very inexpensive. Not too difficult to assemble, like the fact that they are metal. They swivel very nicely, look great with my black granite countertop and dark brown tile floor. Are just the right height for sitting by the countertop. Would definitely recommend. Could be somewhat heavier metal, but then the price would increase.
