If you are looking to buy something for the "red carpet" treatment, this is a good product. It is very thin and the material is inexpensive, but for the price I was impressed. The carpet comes with double sided tape on the bottom at both ends and along the sides. We cut the carpet in half and used half on concrete outside the door and half on carpet inside. The double sided tape wasn't perfect so we used clear masking tape to hold it down. There were 30 people coming and going over it all night and it didn't snag or tear and held up quite well. We took it off the next day and it looked just as good as when we put it down.

Yes, you can buy more expensive looking red carpets, but if you just want the look without the cost this is a great product.

I was really surprised by how well this product held up. I had a party where 50 people probably walked across it to take some pictures in front of a fake step-and-repeat that I made. The carpet didn't rip, but maybe it's because most people were wearing flip-flops. The party was from noon-9pm, and it didn't tear. I really like that it came with double-sided tape, that's convenient since I didn't have double-sided tape and I'm glad that I didn't have to run out and buy it just for the red carpet. The fabric isn't well-made, probably good for one use, but still looked good the whole day. Obviously, for how inexpensive this is, you should look elsewhere if you're looking for a real looking red carpet. This is not real red carpet material, or even carpet for that matter. It's made out of the same material that those light blue paper rags that mechanics use to absorb motor oil, etc.

I purchased this for a red carpet birthday party and it did it's job. The only down side was the tape on the backside wasn't the best, but I had double sided tape and that worked just great. The red carpet was able to handle about 50 people walking on it in heels and hard bottom shoes. It didn't tear once. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I was very pleased with my order so i decided to buy 2 more, my wedding is in June and my colors are red and white my aisle will look wonderful.

Got this for my kinder classroom to use to line up on. It was more durable than I figured - lasted about 3 weeks with 22 5 year olds running all over it!

Excellent product for its purpose. Great for single use even though the adhesive on the back is insufficient. Just use red duct tape along the edges and in addition to holding it down firmly, it also presents a great border.

This was perfect cheap runner and We got lots of complement on it.I was going to spent 200 on my first choice but we already had a carpet runner for the party so I bought this and put this on top and it was perfect

Purchased this runner for use at our wedding, which was held in an indoor sunroom. Material is thin but it worked perfectly for what we bought it for. The tape sticks well on a solid floor but not so well if carpeted. We were very pleased for the price and the quick shipment. Would recommend for an informal event. The runner held up well and we'll keep for possible other uses. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I gave this five stars as it stood up through the evening of 250 guests coming in and out over it several times and never ripped or moved. We used it on concrete and it worked perfectly. It is not "carpet" but certainly gives the effect and did what we needed it to do! I would certainly buy it again.

I ordered this for my daughter's Sweet 16. It was a great product and worked perfectly!
