It's nice to have a tool that can tilt a usb device into multiple angles. I never liked the idea of having a usb thumb drive sticking out of the side of my laptop.

With this device, I can fold the thumb drive out of the way. I need to concentrate on doing work, rather than watching out for a thumb drive sticking out at a right angle from my laptop. Now I can use my laptop with a thumb drive on a couch w/o worrying about breaking it off.

I had one of these and now ordered a second one.

It is so useful for plugging in USB devices in tight places. It adjusts to many angles.

I have used my first one for several years and it still works great.

Highly recommended.

This is a simple device that works. I have a USB aircard that woudl normally stick straight out the side of my laptop. I was pretty sure that one day I would get it caught on something and either damage the device itself, or the device and my USB port the way it stuck out. This device gave me the option of keeping the device on my system but folded up to the side where it is no longer something that will get caught. The articulation goes 2 ways, so not only is it out of the way, but it can be adjusted to keep the device next to the computer, or sticking straight up. The way the wires are routed in the device it doesn't appear that they will fail any time soon because of being flexed, so that is another bonus. I've used 6" cable extenders in the past, but this is the better solution in my opinion and would recommend it to anyone.
