I know first hand what it's like to be a ripped off consumer as I have literally spent thousands of dollars myself on diet products that definitely didn't meet my expectations of the advertiser's outlandish claims. Quite a bold title indeed but a claim I would only make if I was 100% convinced of its authenticity. My confidence is based on 20 years of research in this field as well as my own real world experience in dieting.
I have tried many, many diets over the years and have developed a very keen scam radar. This combined with my extensive research into the science of fat burning gives me what I believe is a unique perspective on this topic.


I think when reading this book, you will be pleasantly surprised to see there is a diet with your name on it. The diet industry is full of so called experts who claim they have the cure for obesity, we know they are all written by well-intentioned people, but which one will help you?

I for one, can remember reading great sounding diet books but when I finished, felt that key pieces were left out or the absence of info frustrated me.

Aaron writes his honest view of this subject and tells the truth as he sees it. He confesses not to be a fan of harsh views, so he's only included the books he recommends as opposed to criticizing the ones he doesn't like.

I would go as far as to say that there's a diet in this e-book suitable for everyone, those who really want to burn fat off that is.

I like the fact that these particular diets are scientifically based and not just anecdotal accounts of diets. By reading about the results of the mentioned diets, you can see the proof of how and why they actually work and gain results.

I enjoyed the in depth info about the scientific reasons as to why the body stores fat. Good info backed up by scientific research on the various diet alternatives out there.

This time of year especially, everyone is making resolutions to lose the weight gained over the holidays as well as any additional weight gained during the previous year. We all know that when it comes to diets, there is no "one size fits all". In this book, author Aaron Aim acknowledges this and presents a variety or resources to help you find a diet plan that truly works for you.

It is easy to see that the author has done his homework as the book contains a great deal of science as well as information that you can actually use to improve your odds of losing the extra weight and keeping it off.

This is my first experience with this author. I wasn't sure what to expect because there are so many disappointing diet books out there. It was refreshing to read personality and light hardheartedness along with very detailed information. It starts with science and then describes a list of resources-he even links to videos for more information. You are sure to find the diet that works for you.

I liked this one. He gives you a lot of different plans for losing weight, and explains a lot of what actually makes losing weight possible. A lot of this was new to me, and very interesting.

If you are looking for the best diet book, this wouldn't be a bad choice.

This author has done his homework. He begins by offering current scientific thought into the mechanisms that allow fat (adipose tissue) to accumulate on the body, revealing that adipose tissue is a highly active endocrine organ that secretes hormones, not an inert blob that simply clings to your waistline. An aha moment that sheds a new viewpoint on dieting. He goes on to review eight books relative to their individual approach to dieting and weight/fat reduction/control. A very friendly, well-written book that engenders confidence in the reader while giving viable choices in a personal approach to weight loss. Highly recommended.

I found this a fascinating new approach to fat and it's storage in the body. The concept of fat as a "system" is completely new to me, and makes total sense. If you've been unsuccessful in the past in losing weight, don't miss this perceptive approach.
