SNL Review
A great special for a great show...BUT DON'T BUY THIS VHS! I bought it for 14.95 and i spent 9.95 too much. It is recorded in EP mode, so it doen't come in very well. If you want an SNL special worth every penny, get the 25th Annaversary Special.

The quality is ok, but my big beef is that the segment with the musical guests has been taken out! What why would you take that out it makes no sense all those classic snipets like Simon and Garfunkel. Total jipe it was in the original airing on TV, lame!

I had watched the SNL 15th Anniversary Special when it first aired on TV, and was thrilled to find a recorded copy of it. The tape itself had no problems, the cardboard jacket was in great condition (as promised), and the seller shipped the order in record time. Overall, a perfect purchase experience!

This product has been run ragged by my family. The snippets of sketches, opening monologues, and musical skits are perfectly placed. It is a true gem in the collection of a staunch SNL fan. Little Chocolate Donuts, Il Returno de Hercules, Buh-Wheet, Mr. Rodgers, and Men's Synchro are just some of my favorites on this tape. If only NBC would come out with a DVD version! But please don't let the VHS style version fool you, this is one tape packed with huge laughs.
