I used this in Europe for both USB and regular plug connected electronic devices and it worked well. Expect regular plug connection to get pretty warm but that did not present a problem. I did not connect anything larger than a laptop.

I use this product for recharging my laptop and tablet and powering my travel router. It's the lightest adapter on the market. Not good for high wattage hair dryers (if anybody still uses them).
