I really enjoyed this film. The problem was the language. I had intended to use it in my 7th grade classroom during a unit entitled "Disasters". Some of my students had chosen this disaster to research and I try to provide a film for each topic. This one would have been great...not tons of information but at least it would have provided a visual of India and the events of the disaster. The problem was the language. There are many curse words and because it has subtitles, there was simply no way I could use it in the classroom. Such a shame!!!
