4.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy little teapot
This is good heavy pot that keeps tea hot for 15-20 minutes without a cozy. I thought the attached infuser would be handy but what was I thinking? If you want to pull out the leaves to prevent oversteeping, it's trick. I pull the chain up and use a little binder clip to hold the infuser out of the tea, without having to remove the lid. 3.0 out of 5 stars ceramic teapot
This teapot makes a nice pot of tea and keeps it warm until you are ready to serve it. I removed the infuser because it wouldn't allow me to remove the tea leaves prompty after steeping. The lid got stuck once and I ended up chipping the porcelain in the process of freeing the lid. In my experience Cordon Bleu ware seems to chip easily.

Some folks like to leave the tea in to steep until the pot is empty but not me.

My pot had some black stains on the lid that would not wash off, but they are on the outside so no big deal. The pot was well packed and would have survived a trip on a covered wagon I think.

This doesn't necessarily need to be printed, but the biggest problem I'm having with this teapot (I have not yet bought it) is that I have absolutely no idea what its capacity is! I wouldn't dream of buying it without that information.
