Book Description

March 13, 2009
Does is surprise you that John chapter 3, the most well known chapter of the Bible is the 1000th chapter of God’s Word?; that Psalms 22 were we find Jesus speaking in first person from the cross is the 500th chapter—a number related to Jubilee, the forgiving of all debts?; the key description of the 144,000 is in Revelation 14:4 (144)?; and that Revelation 12:6 (126) telling of the last half of the tribulation (3 ½ years) is found in a reference directly related to the 1260 days – “the woman fled into the wilderness where…she would be nourished for 1260 days”. These facts suggest every number in both the Old and New Testament is inspired by God. The first reaction to these facts is to dismiss them as coincidence, but when you begin to see the thousands of additional examples, the ability to discard them as products of chance disappears. This impossible premise is supported by a preponderance of evidence suggesting the Bible is a supernatural book written by God. If you are intrigued by the possibility of a great new Biblical discovery--this book is for you.

Christians believe God determined what ancient manuscripts were to comprise his inspired word. We don't know how God inspired the Bible, but we believe he did. After the canon was decided it appears God was not done preparing his word. In the following 100 years chapter and verse designations were added and the evidence demonstrates these were also inspired by God. The facts also suggest God inspired the text be written in a pattern revealing his plan of redemption and that even though reference numbers were not in the original text, they were assigned by God from the beginning. The facts are unmistakable and can easily be observed in the Bibles we use today. This book explains the Bible’s number symbolism and how it helps us understand the scriptures.

At first these details seem too complex for the average person to comprehend, but they are not about complex mathematics—they are simply numerical digits corresponding to the text. This book unveils new discoveries about God's Word that are not Bible codes and do not add new meaning to Biblical text. Instead, they simply guide us to a more accurate interpretation. Sound impossible? See the following evidences sitting right before our eyes waiting to be recognized…

MIDDLE CHAPTER--Psalm 117 is the shortest and the only two-verse chapter of the Bible: “Praise the LORD, all nations; Laud Him, all peoples!” A very unique chapter in size, in text and in its center point location in scripture—a two verse chapter placed in the exact center of the Bible highlighting the miracle of perfection of God’s Word.

THE 1,000th CHAPTER--John 3:16, the keystone verse for Christianity, declares “…for God so loved the world, he gave his only son…” This ever present verse in what some call the most important chapter of the Bible and God assigned it to the 1000th chapter--a number Josephus wrote was God's number of perfection.

24,000th BIBLE VERSE --Matthew 24:42 says, “be on the alert…you do not know the day nor the hour….” This verse is found at the intersection of five different reference numbers related to 24. It is the 24,000th verse in the 24th chapter with verse number 42 (24) and with chapter and verse text both focused on The “Day” of the Lord. The statistical possibility of this happening by chance is in the billions to one.

This book reveals what could only be called a supernatural God created structure in the Bible that reveals God's ten step plan of redemption; validates the perfection of the Bible; and acts as a Numeric Map anyone can use to more accurately interpret scripture. It takes the reader through successive steps from understanding the basic symbolism of biblical numbers to showing God's Redemption pattern pointed to by number themes, and then on to explain the incredible supernatural numbering and organization of the entire Bible- trailer at amazingword.com

Norm resides in Southern California spending time with his family.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Redemption Pattern I can relate to, July 4, 2009
This review is from: THE BIBLE'S REDEMPTION PATTERN AND NUMERIC MAP (Paperback)
July 4th, 2009 I have often found the Bible confusing. Bible stories are interesting and important, but I never found a theme that provided me with any daily guidance. Mr. Patriquin's presentation of the 10 steps of salvation, or Redemption Pattern, that permeates and repeats itself throughout the Bible, has been very helpful to me in making sense of the Bible. Mr. Patriquin uses beautiful and powerful passages from the Bible to support his findings. John 3:16 was the very first Bible verse that I memorized. I don't think that I will ever forget that it is the 1000th verse of the Bible. Thank you Mr. Patriquin. Your theory is comforting and inspiring for me. Linda Carden

4.0 out of 5 stars Am impossible premise that's impossible to deny..., April 23, 2009
This review is from: THE BIBLE'S REDEMPTION PATTERN AND NUMERIC MAP (Paperback)
The subject of this book sounds a bit New Age but this is a serious book about serious study of Biblical patterns and symbolism. Want to understand the 153 fish in John 21, the 18 long years of the woman's suffering or why the number 17 is both associated with the flood and water through the scriptures? This book covers numbers in a way you've never seen before and will change how you look at the scriptures.

The theory presented is that God has placed numbers strategically throughout the Bible to point to His ten-step redemption plan. Symbolism associated with numbers one to ten reveals that each number represents progressively intricate elements of the plan. For example, the number one represents God the Father, but it also represents beginnings, creation, and separation (darkness from light, water from land, etc). The most valuable aspect of the Redemption Pattern is understanding God's ten progressive steps of spiritual growth.
This book explains numbers' symbolism, as well as showing the incredible DNA-like intersection of numbers across Scripture, numbers that form a Numeric Map and built-in Bible concordance. Numbers validate that the Bible, miraculously, still exists as God intended, and they prove the Old and New Testaments are two inseparable parts of one book. While many believe numbers studies should be avoided, this book shows how God uses numbers in very precise ways that, when understood, contribute to more-accurate biblical interpretation. Number meanings are easy to use and don't reduce study to numerical analysis. Instead, they add exciting new dimensions to understanding God's Word. Gaining understanding of biblical numbers will transform your Bible study into a great adventure.
Compelling evidence proves these claims can't be coincidence. Examples include - John 3:16, the keystone verse for Christianity, is in the 1,000th chapter. Matthew 24:42, warning of the "Day of the Lord," is the precise 24,000th verse. Psalms 117, the only two-verse chapter, is located exactly as the Bible's middle chapter. With much more amazing discoveries inside, get ready to be amazed.
