I bought this as a Xmas gift. The quality of this toy is very poor. It not very plush and looks cheaply made.
I asked for the company for a refund and they promptly refunded the money and asked me not to bother returning the item. They said the batch of this particular toy's quality suffered. I believe that. This must be isolated incidence. Their customer service is top notch so I would not hesitate to buy again.
