This band is not a bad option for relief of tennis elbow. The only problem is that with continued use the elasticity is lost in the product, causing the fastener to slide back and forth limiting its comfort level. I have had less pain in my elbow after daily use but I personally prefer bandix product for being less cumbersome and allows your arm to breathe and not sweat.

Looks hand-made, but by a five year old. The velcro piece doesn't line up with the neoprene band, so its edge is always resting against my arm creating a groove in my skin. Also, the velcro piece is either too loose or too tight as it doesn't give AT ALL. It has reduced the "tennis elbow" pain, but due to the other discomforts, I'd go with a different product even if it were a little more expensive. You'll find it's worth it.
