To those who have trouble getting the pads on the mop, try getting them wet first. It's a piece of cake!

The pads shrink something awful if you throw them in the dryer. If you wash them by hand and air dry them they work pretty well and dont't shrink as badly. Since they have a drawstring, Bissell should make them a little larger to compensate for shrinkage. 3 stars for the pads, 5 stars for the NONTOXIC mop = 4 stars overall.

These replacement pads were paired with the Bissell 1867-7 Steam Mop as a 'better together' deal. These covers are not the same as the ones that came with the mop. The ones that came with the mop have elastic around them, plus the draw string, which makes them easier to work with. The replacement covers seem smaller and do not have elastic so they are awkward to work with. Once you get them on, they work great but I'd be happier if the replacement covers would have been the same as the ones that came with the mop.

I've been using the original green pads and the steam mop works great. I just bought these replacement pads so I can do the whole house in one day, if I wanted and they just aren't as good as the original ones that come with the Steam Mop. They don't fit as well (even wet), they tend to push dirt around instead of cleaning it, and I have to pass over a spot many more times than with the original pads. I still have the original pads and they work awesome. These replacement pads are still way better than getting on the floor and scrubbing by hand, so I gave them 3 stars, but Bissell should offer the great product they originally include.

The original green mop pads are available under model number 3255 and are microfiber. These are cheaper but not the same as the original.

The mop is a great product, but once you dry the pads they shrink beyond the point of wanting to ever use the mop again. I avoid mopping the floor at all costs because it is such a hassle to get them on now. I am either going to have to buy new ones or use something else to clean the floors.

Pads work great! I was glad I read previous reviews so that I did not put them in the dryer. I love this mop!

I LOVE the steam mop, but the replacement pads shrink in the dryer, making it next to impossible, and downright frustrating to get them to fit back on the steam mop properly. Bissell needs to redesign these to have elastic or something on them so that they go over the mop and attach easily. It takes longer to fight with the pads to get them back on the mop than it does to clean my entire kichen floor!

I ordered the new white version of the pads but received the older green version which were no good. Apparently they were both under the same # . When I wrote and asked for the correct ones they told me they were no longer available. Why they still show them on the website is a mystery!

COULD NOT FIND THIS PRODUCT ANYWHERE BEING THAT THEY NO LONGER MAKE THE STEAM MOP. EXTREMLY PLEASED THAT SUCH A GREAT LOW PRICE AND ARRIVED TREMENDOUSLY FAST! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
