Do not know about others...but within a couple of weeks...began to smell fishy. Nasty smell from this filter, stopped using my Bissell. Love the idea of steam cleaning, but do not like my kitchen smelling like a tuna can. Do not want to spent any more money on replacement parts...I could buy another unit if I continue to do this. Is that not the whole idea??? We waste more money. Think I will get my carpet cleaner out and do the floors and use my cheap hand mop in between.

I rarely used my steam mop. Recently I decided to use it but the filter dripped all over the place... I hadn't realized I had to replace the filter. Thank goodness for amazon because I couldn't find the filter at any local retailer including target (where I bought the steam mop.) the filter arrived as promised and at a decent price.

We have the Bissell Steam Mop and somehow the filter was cracked all the way around it. We found this replacement and now we are up and running again. Delivered as promised and worked perfectly.

I searched several stores for this filter replacement and couldn't find it anywhere. Thankfully I found it here and it fit my mop perfectly! I will continue to buy my filters from here. Not sure how often I need to, I had to replace my first one because I knocked over my mop and it cracked the filter spilling everything everywhere. So I'm glad I found this one and that it shipped that same week to save the day at my house!

The mop works wonderfully and I'm sure the filter keeps is from getting clogged up.
Works great on my laminate and vinyl floors.

I couldn't find this replacement filter at any local stores, so ordered it here. When it arrived, it was in a small box and the filter was wrapped in plastic. There were filter particles all spilled in the plastic and I wasn't sure if the filter was broken or what; so I unwrapped it and rinsed it off and it works just fine. (This steam mop is great and easy to use, but you have to be careful and not knock the handle or the filter casing can break easily. That's the only reason I had to replace the filter cartridge.)

Filter came on time and was the part that I needed. I would definitely order this again when needed.
