I took a chance on this knock-off bracket since the Garmin OEM replacement part was so expensive. There are two important functions for this bracket plus cosmetic finish:
1. Smooth-secure pivot on ball joint - I rate this 9 out of 10; This is probably the most important function and it performs very well.
2. Secure attachment of clip into slots of GPS device - I rate this 6 out of 10 - It doesn't clip as snappy as the original but it gets the job done.
3. Cosmetic finish - I rate this 4 out of 10 - The surface finish is more crude than the original, but who cares. The bracket isn't even visible when the GPS is installed in front of it.

Overall, it's four stars out of five. Don't be worried about this. It will get the job done and you'll save money from the greedy spare parts department at Garmin.

This replacement bracket is identical to the original equipment that I lost. it works perfectly and I had no problem retro-fitting it to the original Garmin GPS.

This clip works ok, but pops off sometimes when you go to unhook your garmin. The problem is it doesn't quite attach to the ball base of the bean bag mount as it is intended. Otherwise, its a good clip that works as intended. Just be ready to pop it back onto the ball occasionally.

When I broke my original cradle for my GPS, I found that the only way I could use the GPS was to hold it. I could not put it on the dashboard because it moved around and it had to be up and face the windshield to pick up the satellite. I was so happy to find this on Amazon and for such a good price. It fits the GPS perfectly, just like the original and I am very pleased with it. Thanks again Amazon! I can find anything I need here and for a good price too.

A friend of mine borrowed my GPS and returned it without the bracket. For the $5 I paid, it was a simple, cheap solution and it works perfectly.

we found this to be a perfect replacement for our old one at the right price. a little tight but it works

The original picture showed the entire bracket with arm and suction cup. What I received was only the bracket. Very disappointed.

I bought this bracket to connect to my suction cup mount for nuvi 205. However, the ball of suction cup is too big to this bracket and can't use it. I was really disappointed it.

Great to get what you bought. Fits as does the original but a not nearly the price. Would buy from them again.

This was a great replacement mount for the original mount I lost for the Garmin Nuvi 200. It works as it should and fits well. My only complaint is that it seems like the suction cup mechanism isn't as strong as the original Garmin part. All in all though, pretty happy with using it over the past year or so.
