Despite some other reviews, i received the guitar on the first date of the estimated delivery.

Out of the box, it did smell a little like a chemical, but by the next day the smell was gone.

The guitar came with a Strap, a Pick, a set of strings, a harmonica, a pitch pipe, and a gig bag. However, i never got the eBook.

The strap is very cheap looking, and short, which doesn't surprise me considering the price of the whole set. The pick is, well it's a pick, nothing really special about it. The set of strings looks good, it comes with all six, although there's no easy distinction between which string being which. The harmonica is okay, it's bigger than i expected, but it works, i don't know much about harmonicas, so i can't really review that. The pitch pipe is in tune, although i doubt they make pitch pipes that don't play the right pitches. Finally, the gig bag is very thin, and the guitar fits snugly into the bag.

The guitar itself is a great quality sound-wise. No fret buzz, very clean and pretty-sounding. But when it comes to the physical features of the guitar, it has more flaws. It looks like it was spray painted black. The fret markers look like little dots made using a paintbrush and white paint. There are places where you can tell the paint dripped, and there's white on some parts of the fingerboard, and black splotches of paint closer to the body, on the fingerboard.

All in all, i think this guitar is worth every penny. It was made clear that there guitars are mass produced, which explains the physical properties lacking. But it's great for starters, and being a starter package, it's meant for beginning guitar players. I would recommend this guitar to anyone who has never picked a guitar up and wants to learn, as long as they don't mind the looks of the guitar.

A strong smell of chemical something came out on the first day, so I have leave it untouched for 2 days.

The 3rd string was broken. Luckily they give a free set of string, so I could replace the 3rd string by myself.

No e-book.

The bag is OK.

Having sad that, considering the unbelievable low price, the guitar itself is not bad.

The shipping for this item even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping took a week and a half. When I got the product the packaging was iffy and was left on my porch in the rain. There were also item that were advertised that were not in the package. After a slow response from the company, I finally received the items 2 weeks later. All in all the product was fine considering the price but they need work on their customer service.

After much waiting time on it waiting to ship and organically cancelling my order due to my need this for a music class it ended up being shipped after I sent a email to the seller(A-z music).Anyways it comes with the guitar,a cheap (and I do mean cheap) bag,a pick (mine was pink :) )a pinch pipe(for tuning ,a sling and some extra strings.And yes mine also had a awful chemical smell the day it arrived but only lasted for a day.I still haven't gotten my ebook even after having email exchanges with the seller(again I bought it from a-z music).I would say avoid this seller if you can but the price they have is pretty reasonable.I would suggest you also spend the extra 15 dollars and get the book "Guitar For Dummies" by Mark Phillips.

The item is pretty decent for the price. Can't complain. The case is pretty cheap feeling but overall not bad.

Guitar came with all promised materials, although it had some cosmetic damage to the neck of the guitar (the seller did stipulate that due to the manufacture process this might occur). I don't think it harms the sound quality. Good guitar for someone just starting out and not worried about the instrument looking perfect.

The guitar was a good price and it is a great beginner's guitar. No ebook. I got my guitar with a hug dent and cracked from the side. Luckily, I got a replacement that was in excellent condition. I did get a little mad because when the UPS people delivered it they just kind of threw it in front of my door. Other than this, the guitar is super great.

This item seems to be pretty good for the price. My daughter (13) will be using it to take beginning guitar next semester at school. Her sister has a similar item from the same company, and it's working well so far. The only issue I have is the fact that the case had mildew/mold upon arrival. I tried to contact the company, but they never responded. Fortunately, after washing it by hand and then in the machine, I was able to remove the offending substance.

Got this for my 8 year old son for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. Hasn't had a lot of time to play it yet but my husband (who is a guitar player) tuned it for him and he started strumming immediately. We also got him some cool rock guitar song books so I'm sure he will be playing in no time. It's nice that it comes with the bag and extra strings because one of the strings broke when my husband was tuning it (my husband says it is common for strings to break and it happens all the time when he is playing so this is not a defect or knock on the quality). My husband also said that it will sound a little "twangy" for a little while until the strings are broken in. We almost bought a 30" guitar but I am glad we went with the bigger guitar because I think the 30" would have been too small for him and he is not a big child. He will be able to play this for much longer than if we had purchased the smaller guitar. Very good purchase for the price.

I am realtively new to online shopping and was very pleased with this experience. The ease of the transaction, the speed of the delivery (I shop early) and the satisfaction of the product purchased were all OUTSTANDING!
My son was thrilled with his new guitar and happy with everything that came with it. Hopefully with a proper carrying case, we can avoid what happened to his first guitar (purchased at an antique shop)
