A page turning female super hero action novel that lives somewhere between a comic book and pulp fiction, although better written than most comics or pulps. It's a terrific story that is carried along nicely by a world class word-smith who doesn't care much about the rules. What a great movie this book would make. Can't wait to see that one. I knew Len Barry wrote his own songs such as "1-2-3" or "Like A Baby" back in the sixties, but a novel like this one? Who knew? What a talent this guy is.

I WANT TO SAY HOW MUCH I ADMIRE LEN BARRY FOR REINVENTING HIMSELF AT AGE 65 as a published WRITER. I SAW HIM AND HIS GROUP THE DOVELLS MANY TIMES AT THE BROOKLYN FOX SHOWS. I bought all of their records.
I am now a teacher of Poetry at Brooklyh College because I also reinvented myself as a published writer at age 62. Congratulations to Len Barry. How wonderful for him. I hope all of his fans leave reviews for him. He deserves it!
Very sincerely yours, Irene Brodsky Teacher of Poetry Brooklyn college City University of New York and author of "Poetry Unplugged" (Outskirts Press)
