I've used gel cases for my Blackberry for a while and they're great, but this one is an absolute piece of junk that does not fit the device. It is so loose that it feels as if it might fall out at any minute -- and does. Not sure what the problem is -- obviously some kind of quality control issue where they got the wrong specs on the new device. It's really a shame that they would be so unscrupulous as to go ahead and sell them.Also -- this item was advertised here on Amazon as coming with some kind of neck strap/lanyard. It was not included in the package. When I called, the company said they don't have any of those, and have been intending to take the mention of it out of their ad. They blame if on Amazon. Supposedly they are going to give me a refund. I guess we'll see. |
