This book has proven to be an excellent resource for facts and information on the E30 3 series. The detail is exquisite. It has proven indespensible during the build up of my first BMW. If you are interested in the vintage three, you need this book. Although written by a Brit, the U.S. cars are represented well.

A great book, I now feel that even if I can't do the repair myself I won't get ripped off by taking my E30 to a BMW garage. Lots of interesting background info too.

I live in Sri Lanka. I bought this book from Amazon. I learned many technical information from this book. This is very good referance book for E30 owners. It has explained good and bad things about E30 cars. I think all the BMW E30 owners should have this book.

Excellent book! This book is an absolute must for anyone owning a BMW E30. Not just for restoration, it helps understand normal ownership issues. I currently own three E30's and just wish I would have bought this book sooner. Worth every penny!

Has more than a few tidbits to help out with your older BMW. Has too many models to cover to make it a must have. You can read what is useful to your model in an afternoon. Hit your local library first.

The book is all right, and I give it 3 stars. Long-term owners of an E30, or several E30s would probably benefit by having this book alongside the Bentley. It is no substitute, but the moderate price makes it worth buying and reading for any of the nuggets you can mine from it.

Great book. Written by an English person and also a European perspective. This is the information you need if you are looking for hard facts about the E30 chassis. It was a great help in preparing and during my restoration.

Breat book with many tips and tricks you will not find anywhere else. If you are restoring one of these, it will pay for itself times over again. Only caveat: it was written by a british author and therefore refers to the GB models and therefore is somewhat overloaded with info about models that were never sold here. It also misses some US model info, e.g. 4:10 rear axle ratio that was used here for 325ia cars.

The best book you can buy if you're planning on buying a e30 !
Would have been absolutely perfect with more info on the rare but soo good ix.
