Let me start out by saying, I am cheap, I hated spending so much money on this stroller, but after hours and hours of research, I finally decided to give it a go, and I am so happy I did!! I love, love, love this stroller! I am a mom of a 7 year old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. I have had many many cheap strollers over the years (I wish I would have just bought this years ago instead of wasting so much money on those cheap ones). I bought this stroller specifically for jogging. I was looking for something that would be tough and durable on the road, through a grassy field or in the dirt, and I found it! No, the front wheel does not swivel, but if you want to run with any jogging stroller, you MUST lock the front wheel for safety. The last jogging stroller I owned had a swivel wheel, but I never unlocked it because if I did, it would wiggle constantly. Turning the stroller does take some getting used to, you cannot turn it and leave all 3 wheels on the ground, I just tip it back a little onto the back tires and continue running.

I am more than impressed with this stroller! So, here is the good, the bad and the ugly:

-It glides like a dream on flat ground, it's a struggle pushing it up hill, but that is to be expected when you are pushing 36 pounds of stroller loaded down with at least another 70 pounds of kids and all the things the kids need to drag along with them. But, that has made for some amazing workouts! When we are going back down the hill, the brakes are awesome! Most swivel wheel strollers don't have brakes, so just be aware!

The positives:
We bought this stroller for our twins. Going for walks with two 22+ pound babies is a challenge, especially in our neighborhood where the roads aren't the greatest, and there are hills. We were hesitant on spending the money on this stroller, but we're glad we did. It glides so easily, you barely have to put forth any effort. It can handle the rougher terrain and is much easier to get up those hills. We had a front-to-back double stroller prior to this, and it was so cumbersome, and heavy to push.
The seat belts are great - they definitely cannot get out of them, so we know they're safe in there.
I also like that it's divided in the middle. We had another side-by-side, and there was no partition between the babies. They kept picking at each other, stealing toys, etc. This stroller prevents that.

The negatives:
Because the front wheel doesn't swivel, it is a little more difficult to make turns (especially when going places where you need to go through a door). We BARELY fit in a standard size doorway, but you need to be angeled just right.
I also don't like that when strapped in, they are somewhat reclined - even in the most upright position. They like to sit up and look around, so being locked down doesn't make them the happiest.
Even folded down, it's still big. And it's heavy. There's no good way to load it into a vehicle, and it does take some maneuvering. I have an SUV, so I don't know if/how it would work in a car trunk.

We also have a BOB single stroller so when we added another to our family we decided a double BOB stroller was the way to go. We didn't realize that the front wheel is a locked wheel (our fault for not looking more closely) so that can be frustrating when out and about but it works well for our needs.

I have had the BOB Sport Utility Duallie Stroller for over a year now. I wanted to wait and post a review after I had used it extensively. The only reason I bought this stroller was to run. I run at least 4 times a week and am currently training for a marathon. I bought this to push my 4 year old and 1 year old during my runs. Both kids fit perfectly and there was room to grow for both of them. I really do not like that the negative reviews on this stroller have to do with the fixed front wheel. This is an amazing jogging stroller, meant for running. The fixed wheel is necessary when running! It is very dangerous to run with a swivel wheel in that it may swivel just as you hit a bump and could cause the whole stroller to flip. This stroller takes some getting used to as it isn't easy to push two kids around while running no matter what. Once you get it down and get comfortable with how it moves, I feel it is a great stroller for a runner. The only con I found with it, was that it was hard to get it to track straight. Mine always ran to the left. This was easily fixed as I took it to a local bike shop and they did it for me for less than $10. It now runs perfect! A great investment if you are planning on using it as a jogging stroller. If you are planning to walk, then I definitely recommend the Revolution.

The only stroller for those of us who live in rugged rural areas and run or walk on dirt or gravel roads often. It is a very durable stroller, it rolls wonderfully over rough and smooth surfaces and it's really not all that hard to turn. My wife and I love it and we use it several days a week. In my opinion this is the only high quality jogging stroller on the market especially if you need something for rough surfaces. No this isn't a mall stroller but if you jog or walk long distances more than you go to the mall get this one and the mall will be perfectly fine from time to time.

One pet peeve of mine is when people rate a wheeled product based on the fact that they got a flat tire. Tire's go flat, that's just part of having air filled tires. There are tires and methods that can prevent those but you won't find them on products straight out of the box because they inflate the price and often make the product perform worse. I live in an area with extreme thorn and goat head problems but I haven't had a flat in over a year. Every time we got a flat when we first got the stroller I would take out the old tube, cut out the valve stem and cut it down the inside. I would then wrap the original tube around and ultra thick thorn resistant one and re-install it in the tire. I did this once on each of the back tires and haven't had a flat since. The front tire has never been punctured. Nothing wrong with the tires, they perform wonderfully.
