The logic, examples and insight that DeBrule imparts in her book are very applicable in the workplace today. Whether you believe in the Holy Bible or not, DeBrule validates her written thoughts with Bible interpretations that explain her common sense approach to relationship issues that occur in the workplace. Bosses and Orchards will help managers and workers communicate with each other to provide a clearer understanding of each party's expectations. Believer or not, DeBrule makes a compelling argument that the old ways of the Bible 2000+ years ago are still applicable in nurturing relationships. Through common sense solutions substantiated through scripture, one puts down this book with a new outlook and approach towards job, boss, co-workers, customer and clients. DeBrule creates an easy read so you can invest just an hour of your time or savory it for the entire evening.
