Plus there's no latch for the bottom drawer so it pops open.

This is a very good toolbox for the price. It allows you to get to your tools with minimum fuss. There is a large tip out bin on the bottom, two drawers, a medium and smaller, and then main box on top. The toolbox separates into to parts, both parts with sealed tops and carry handle (unlike other rolling boxes). The drawers are on smooth glides and the drawer locks are built into the handle, so just grab the drawer handle, squeeze and pull. Easy. Same with the top lid, just lift the latch and it unlocks and opens. The back of the toolbox has two spots with bungee for levels, stock, whatever. I use mine to store a level and extension cord. The roller handle is built into the lower section and when fully extended it interferes with the opening of the top lid, but this minor. Just drop the handle down a notch and everything is fine. The height of the toolbox is taller than most of the competition. I find that the extra height makes the top easier to use as a temporary work surface. This box makes it really easy to get to your tools, whichever compartment you have them in. I'm getting another to hold my maintenance supplies. It's not made of steel, and it's a bit flimsy in spots, but overall for the price its proving to be an effective storage unit.

I like the design of this box. I looked at all of them and due to the arrangement and layout of space I chose this one. Fits my needs well.

I filled it with my tools, the usual stuff - pliers, hammer, few wrenches, drill bits, etc.

On the 3rd day it took a tumble and cracked. Tumble is an exaggeration though, literally speaking it tipped over.

It tipped over and a chunk of plastic broke off from the corner of the top lid. Not happy.

$80 later and I have a broken rolling tool box, one that will probably break more if I expose it to the type of work my tools are used for.

I searched Amazon, and many other sites for a toolbox of this style. Based on one review here, I finally decided on this one. Right out of the box it was clear that this would only work for light duty work.

The "full rubber wheels" are plastic with just the thinnest of thin rubber tread, and they're open on the inner side so if using it outside, any dust, mud, or grass will collect there. The drawers are lightweight plastic (well, the whole thing is), and the slides aren't built to hold much weight.

The handle seems to be attached well, but it would be helpful if it extended higher.

Overall, the design would be useful (though the drawers are really shallow), but it's just so cheaply made.

If it weren't so bulky, I'd send it back. Like some of the other reviews said, it's a decent option for lightweight items--I guess I'll be reorganizing my art supply closet. :-/

I volunteer with a non-profit organization that builds and installs wheelchair ramps for the elderly and physically disabled. I bought this rolling toolbox to store tools I used on site and to provide more mobility at the site.

The box has proven to be very useful for carrying my personal protective equipment (protective eyeglasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.). It has enough room for a variety of drill bits, nuts, bolts, drill driver bits, etc. I put the heavier items such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches in the bottom drawer. The top box does not come with a removable tray.

The box is made of lightweight plastic and as such requires careful handling. In spite of that, I load and unload it onto and from my truck on an average of once a week. On site, I have moved it across lawns, over curbs, and on smooth surfaces without difficulty. I initially had a problem with the bottom drawer “sticking” but I discovered that if you tilt the box slightly to the rear, it functions normally.

The cleated wheels are made of plastic instead of rubber. They will collect mud but that is not a significant problem. We were installing a ramp on day when it began to rain. Everything in all the bins and trays remained dry. I am satisfied with the toolbox.

The measurements say the box is over 19' across but the drawers are less than 18" which means they can't hold standard socket racks. I'm returning it. For as bulky as it is it has surprisingly little usable space.

I purchased this toolbox and not too sure, but after I put my tools in it after the 10 minutes of trying to get it out of the package, I realized that the front corner of the box at the floor was broken. Not sure if it was a defect in the particular box I bought or if the craftsmanship is of such nature to allow simple moving around to cause damage to the box. I believe it was damaged in shipping though. But for something that holds tools you would expect it to be more durable. The piece that is flopping around off the bottom is an extremely thin plastic. But thanks to good ole Amazon they are sending me a replacement without hassle. I think I may have to be a little more careful with moving around though. But has decent space for tools and the drawer on the removable portion has slotted compartments which is nice for smaller items. I wish it had a removable tray inside the top part like most toolboxes do. But, it does not. All I can say, not a bad price and it will hold your tools. Not sure about how the cosmetic aspect of it will hold up.
