My 3 week old son came home from the hospital with a terrible raw spot on his bottom from too much pooping and wiping. We tried balmex and desitin both for a week and saw no change. We then switched to the butt paste and it cleared up right away! It has a great consistency, very smooth and not real thick and creamy, and a very surprisingly nice scent. My sons doctor even recommends this cream. Very good product that I wouldn't go without!

Despite the funny name, this stuff really works. When all other products fail, this always heals the diaper rash, no matter how bad it is. So now I use it first. Don't be alarmed by the stain on the diapers left by the light brown color of the cream.

I could not have survived without this!! There are so many things to worry about as a parent and diaper rash was not one of them for me! Worth every single penny!

I love this diaper cream - I think it works great and it's way easier to get off your fingers and from under your nails than regular cream like Desitin. It doesn't leave a nasty residu on the baby's bum either. It does have a faint, kind of unusual smell, but I don't find it unpleasant or overly pungent at all.

I used this stuff on my babies when they had diaper rash. It works, not necessarily better than other diaper rash meds, but it works just fine, and it has natural ingredients.

The natural ingredients in this are what inspired me to mosey back over to the baby aisle now that my kids are a little older and have started having skin reactions to standard sunblock. I went to the store looking for sunblock that had zinc oxide as it's only active ingredient with only natural other ingredients. Actually, I went to a few stores looking for that. And I looked online and found what I was looking for, but at a high price. And then someone reminded me that diaper rash ointment contains zinc oxide. Sure enough, Butt Paste was the answer! My kids spent 2 hours today in full 90-degree sun, in and out of the water, and the "sunblock" stayed on and they are not burnt. Woo-hoo! Found my all-natural sunblock. And the kids think it's hilarious to be smearing Butt Paste on their faces. Because it's a beige color it doesn't look as ghostly on the skin as other natural sunblocks I've seen.

Boudreaux's Butt Paste is a very good product that does exactly what it says it will. It prevents the pain of diaper rash, and creates a barrier to prevent further aggravation.

I would give it 5 stars, but since I have found Desitin to be a slightly better product, I have to mark Butt Paste down just a notch.

It is greasier than Desitin, which I have found to be not quite as effective due to the fact that it wears off more quickly than Desitin.

While Boudreaux's Butt Paste is a very good product, considering that Desitin is $1.00 cheaper, and lasts a little longer, I would go with Desitin.

This works great for rashes! The price from this seller seems a bit high though, so would probably be cheaper to buy from another seller or local store. Great product overall though! I recommend it!

This is by far the best diaper paste we have used, I have two boys and while neither of them gets diaper rash all that often, this is the only diaper paste worth spending our money on!

I used Desitin with all my children when they were babies, but have discovered Boudreaux's Butt Paste in my current work with infants. It's fantastic!

Our week-old son had the beginnings of a diaper rash. After putting this on, it was gone by the next time we changed his diaper. A friend who is a nurse recommended this, and it couldn't have worked better.
