I bought this for my 5-year-old neice. She loves playing with medical toys, and the toy stethoscopes are so cheezy. This one really works, and it's affordable. It's also pink, so it's perfect for any little girl. Along with using it to play doctor and nurse, she runs around the house singing into it like a microphone. It's definately better than the toy versions. It's held-up really well, even with a 5-year-old playing with it daily, and she's pretty rough with her toys.

After reading some positive reviews, I thought this would be a good buy for my young daughter, who loves anything to do with doctors. I however do not recommend this for anyone. You can't really hear a heartbeat at all, in fact her plastic ones are better and it also really hurts her ears after playing with is little while. Waste of money in my opinion.

Really disapointed. Can not hear anything with it, did not realize it is a toy. Bought it to listen to my re-circulating hot water pump but it is useless.

i bought this for my grandchild who is four, and it was about right for her...a little hard for her little brother to get off his neck, but they're having fun with it

My wife and I got these for our four year old daughter for a homemade doctor kit. She likes them because they are pink, we think its kinda neat to hear her heartbeat.

this is just what I needed to display my stethescope cozies.....and for me to learn how to use one.....great product

Someone above stated the same issues I have with this. It hurts your ears, and does not hear a heartbeat. I'm disappointed.

The item was ok but ordered late one night and didn't realize the shipping cost was so much. Good price on item put shipping is a killer.

this is a toy for kids, not a real stethoscope.
you won't hear much with it. you get what you pay for
