really enjoyed the taste of this pre-workout drink.
I am 5'10, 160 lbs, so I figured I would tone down the serving to 1 scoop per workout. my workouts typically last 1.5 hours, so I would drink half 15-20 minutes before my workout and the remaining half during the first 45 minutes of my workout. The first week taking this stuff was insane. I found myself to have more endurance and strength, and the pump was incredible. However, after the first week, I found my body starting to get used to it, and the energy levels were never the same. The local nutrition shop informed me that the body tends to get used to these types of drinks, and the only two ways to get back to those first week energy levels are to either up the dosage or take a break for a few weeks and get back on it. After taking a 3 week break from the stuff and coming back on, it was like the first week all over again. I guess I'll need to get into the habit of cycling on and off.
