I have been doing martial arts for 6 years. I have used all kinds of mouth guards but the Brainpad is the very best. It is the most comfortable and the hole in the front allows for easy breathing. The others are too hard and feel big and bulky in my mouth which makes it hard to focus and avoid fidgiting with it. The Brainpad feels much more natural and molds to my teeth very nicely. I won't use any other mouthguard, its the best!
