We purchased this Scooter for our son's Birthday in December 2010. First, they sent us a motorcycle lift in error instead of the scooter. After calling them they took back the motorcycle lift and resent the scooter. Two weeks later we finally received it well after our son's Birthday. All told from order point to receiving the scooter it was almost a month.

Assembling the product the plastic cowling was misaligned and would not/doesn't fit correctly. From day one the fuel gauge has never worked. Yesterday, the scooter would not start and we found the battery is completely dead and will not even accept a charge. This scooter is only 60 days old and the build - performance quality is poor. I would not recomend this product to anyone.

Moped was delivered on time, actually earlier, than the seller claimed. There was about a 20 step process of assembly which did not include any directions from the seller/manufacture. There is a user's manual, and a set of 3 double ended metric wrenches, as well as a fillip's/flat combo screwdriver, an Allen wrench, and a spark plug wrench. Assembly took me an equally mechanically inclined friend (we are painters not mechanics)about an hour to assemble the scooter. Do not throw any of the shipping assembly (Box, crate, or metal cage that the scooter is bolted to)away until you have the moped assembled and in perfect running order. The battery is located under the foot panel not the seat. Pull left brake, Turn the key to the right, Move switch to "On" with your right thumb and push the yellow "Start" button.

I bought this scooter it came scratched the gas gauge does not work the starter does not work either and I called t motorsports and all they can say is take it apart and send pictures I would not recomend this product to anyone.
