My sister used this wallet for 2 days and the material pulled away from the metal trim right near the clasp. I contacted the company regarding the defect and permission to return it for another one. They had me take pictures of the default and email the pictures to them. I did that the very next day and the customer service rep respnded immediately with the shipping of another wallet after reviewing the pictures. I didn't even have to send the defective wallet back and waste the postage. The new wallet is doing great. Doesn't have as much room in it as some of the flat hard case wallets I have looked at, but enough for her. Great customer service!!!!

This wallet seems very well made. Haven't had it that long so durability is unknown but it seems like it would hold up well. Only 5 credit card pockets but I fit 7 cards in but the fabric inside is not forgiving so don't expect to shove too many extra cards in and on top of that it won't close if you have too much stuff. Wallet looks exactly like the picture. The wallet itself isn't 'hard' - little squishy - but it has leathery fabric that's heavy duty. It has a texture to it as well on the outside that resembles brush strokes. Overall I really love it and it makes me be a lot more organized with what I carry around.
