I bought this for a 3,5,8 and believe it 11 year old. They stomped together for hours - even after receiving high-tech toys.
Laughter for such a inexpensive price!

I bought the stompers for my four year old daughter. She wanted a pair of stilts for christmas. There are only very expensive stilts for children this age. So when I found these I was very happy. She loves them and won't stop stomping around the house with them.

My daughter got a lot more expensive toys for Christmas, but this under-$10 gem was a huge hit. Nothing fancy; we used to make them out of coffee cans when I was a kid, but of course you hardly find coffee in cans anymore!

For the reviewer who couldn't figure out how to lengthen the ropes, you simply untie them and re-knot them to make them the appropriate length.

I got this for my 5 & 6 year old, and they really like them. Besides loads of stomping fun, my kinds have found all kinds of other ways to integrate them into their play. This week I was delivered my Valentine's letters inside a Stomper!

5 year old granddaughter was not ready for real stilts like big brother, these were a fine substitute and she could operate then immediately but still feel the challenge. great idea.

This is an activity my children have enjoyed at their younger cousins' home, so my husband and I purchased it for our seven year old son. It's great for him; however, the straps are too short. We haven't yet figured out how to extend them (he got the stompers two weeks ago for Christmas and has been distracted by other toys). He has wanted to walk on them down the stairs, but hasn't yet tried (thank God). His older sisters have also had a go at them, somewhat stooped to reach the straps. This is a fun, inexpensive activity that can be done both inside and out and enjoyed by multiple ages. I think the husband and I exceed the weight limit however ...

These were purchased at the same time as a more expensive version (almost 5 times the price!) and my daughter has just as much fun with them. For the money, this would be my pick. Not sure how long they will last in comparison but for as much use as they get, probably just fine.

My grandkids are having fun with the Stompers. We had a set (another brand) years ago that eventually succumbed to repeated use...Stompers are more sturdy and I feel they will last a long, long time. Thank you for a great product!

I bought Romper Stompers for my nephew's 4th birthday. They arrived after his big party and after he had opened all the other gifts. He loved these and put them right on! My sister loved the nostalgic value. definitely a fun, active toy.

My kids love these things. Their friends love them too when they come over. A simple toy. No batteries!!! No computers!!! No TV!!! Kids using muscles and imagination!!
