I just wanna share with you guys , that I used Atro-Phex last summer(in combination with N.O. - Xplode and Optimum Nutrition Protein or Syntha -6)gonna try it this summer again .... it just came in a different package this time but anyway.. what I can say about the Atro-Phex .. I never took more than 2x2 a day .. i was sweating more than usual during my workouts ... i had lots of energy , but has probably a lot to do with No Xplode ... (I worked all day in construction and worked out in late evenings 11pm) so for my 6.30am - 1am day i was doing pretty good with energy/stamina. Overall I lost 20 lbs in a bit more than 1 month. I also was in a really good mood for workouts and was very focused. I gave the product 5 stars because I think it helped, but we should not forget the 7day a week workouts (2hrs each) .. I didnt notice any side effects..I had enough water so I didnt experience any dizziness nausea or whatever .. The only think was that I had stomachache about 30 min after I took it in the morning but a banana or a cookie would fix that - nothing to worry about , I consider it normal .. since its a pill on an empty stomach.

I would recommend this to other people, if you are healthy of course.. I personally went to run some physical and other tests on me to make sure everything was ok ..before I ordered any supplements...

I added this to a stack, so the individual critique may be a little skewed; but what I do notice is that I don't fall asleep and have more energy. That is what I was looking for anyway. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

The order came from a store called DAB Nutrition. The packaging was weak but the product held up. I have cycled off the stack so that I can gain individual results so that I can decide whether I want to purchase from same seller.

Atro-phex is a great product! But like all things, the progress comes from the will to train and the discipline to finish what you start.

I'm a runner and a martial artist who usually sticks with herbal and organic supplements, but something about this stuff (combined with this stupid beerbelly I couldn't get rid of) made me want to try it. I was very skeptical about the mood and focus enhancing effects the packaging purported, but I must say, the product delivered. I take the novice dosage and I have seen great results both in my physique and my mental state. Seriously! The only problem, and it was a minor one, was that when I first started taking it, I had kind of a rough time getting to sleep, but once I figured out when to take it (before breakfast, before lunch) i really was pleased. Drink water and experiment with a low dosage first, then move up if you think you need to. It took about 7 days for me to start noticing the fat loss, but its really been helping me get leaner.

This product does everything it advertises. I have never had more energy and I am getting up way earlier in the morning than I ever have. I have also lost weight and have had absolutely no side effects from taking these capsules. Highly recommend this product.

I've been using this product for about a week now (and only been following the novice instructions). With regular diet and exercise (which includes approximately 110-120oz of water daily), I've dropped from 192lbs to 186lbs in about 7 days. I've been stuck at the 190 mark for a while and this is the first time in about two years I've hit the 180's. So far it does seem to work, but just be careful if you train in any heavy cardio related sports/martial arts. Not sure if this was just coincidence, but I train jiu jitsu and the other day after training (about an hour's worth) I started to spar with someone. After about 10 minutes of sparring I got really winded. I took a break, drank a bottle of water and a 24oz gatorade and was still breathing very heavy. Took me about 20 minutes to catch my breath. Whether this was related to my asthma I had years ago, or the atro-phex, i don't know. Just a piece of advice: Take extra caution if you're going to be using this on a day where the cardio is a lot more intense. What I'm going to start doing now is just take 1 serving that day in the morning rather than two. Hope that helps.

I used this product for a month and it worked, helped me shed some more pounds, but the price per unit is just too high for me to continue.

I started at 175, 5'5" female and lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks plus I have more definition in my arms, legs and upper abs. I followed the bottle's instructions to a tee and I still had some occasional heartburn but I would eat sooner than the time outlined on the bottle to make it go away. I didn't notice any extra energy but I did have a 10% increase on cals burned during workouts and an increase of sweat production.

If you have an unlimited budget then I would recommend Atro-Phex. But for 3-4 capsules twice a day it's just not economical for me.

this stuff stopped working. i continue to exerccise this stuff fatigues me after one hour. not using it anymore i find that this makes me more tired than before and it doesnt have any effects except nasty tasting afterburn in my throat. i hate it.

you pay for what you get,. dont waste 17$ on this,. go with endoburn instead.

youre supposed to take 1 pill for novice results 2 pills for dynamic results 3 for accelerated 4 for extreme. none of these work youll feel slow and sluggish although before when i used these they never did that.

I took this along with axis from BSN, and as a runner I can tell you that it will give you cramps in the legs and hips. I don't know how, and I run all the time in the Army. However when I stopped taking it, the cramps went away and I was back to full stride. not meant for people who run or do much cardio, and I didn't see much of a diffrence in the gym either.

I bought 2 bottles and finished the first bottle last week. I know that it has worked in conjunction with exercise and cutting way back on portions (which is easy with the job I do and the hours I keep) I would recommend this product for anyone who routinely goes to the gym. If you use it alone it will not work.

This stuff is great; I experience no jitters with this like with similar products. However, I do know people that do get the jitters while using this stuff. So, like with most things, it probably depends on the person.

I defintely would follow the guidelines regarding the safe buildup rather than jumping right in with the max dose to see how it affects you.

Overall, I find this to have a comparable price and better performance than similar products.
