Product Description

Description - BT TM Series Rip Clip BT Paintball has designed a loader specifically for use with the BT TM Series, BT4, and Omega Markers. The new BT TM Series Rip Clip utilizes the same proven features as the original released Rip Clip loaders, utilizing HALO technology for sound-activated, force-feed loading. Utilizing a microphone for sound sensing, the loader only feeds when it detects the sound of the marker firing. After ceasing to fire the marker, the lack of sound will direct the loader to stop feeding and enter a stand-by mode. The large capacity shell holds over 200 paintballs, plenty to light up the enemy. The Rip Clip will feed over 8000 shots before needing a battery replacement. Features Uses Sound Technology to Feed Balls Radio Frequency Compatible for UItra-Quiet Guns and Reliability Picatinny Rail System for Accessories Built-in Rip Drive 200+ Paintball Capacity 15+bps Feed Ratio 3 Adjustable Speed and Sound Settings Automatic Ball Stack Monitoring Low Battery Indicator Ultra-Quiet Belt Drive

Pro:

- Leaves room for a sight (if wanted)
- Lower profile
- Sound/Vibration Activated
- Long Battery Life
- Keeps up with the gun**

** I own both the TM-7 and TM-15 and it keeps up with both

Cons:

- Battery Change is not something you can do On-Field or In-Game
- Wont fit any Top-Feeding Guns
- Needs an adapter for each different gun you want to run it on.
- The microphone may not be the best for more quiet markers (it may not hear you shoot)

Overall:
Quality is good, nice and sturdy. I have never had any balls jam inside this hopper where as most Bottom feeding hoppers (like Halo or anything like that) jam more often if you don't allow room for ball movement. Paint quality is also a factor (like all hoppers) the cheaper paint you buy, the more problems you have.
This loader is great if you are looking for a Side-Loading hopper that is low profile and quiet

Remember this is a Side-loader and is better suited for woods-ball/scenario-ball, so if you are a speed-baller, then i would recommend staying away.
I give it a 4-star

Basically it comes with adapters so it can go on many guns and all you have to do is shove paint in there and it spins the balls right in the gun. little pricey but everything paintball is

Pro:

- Allows you to use the TM15's iron sights
- Lower profile hopper (Use the A5 hopper)
- Sound activated conserves battery life.

Cons:

- JAMS! Yes, this thing has jammed paint on about 1:500 rounds of paint fired. That's really bad - in fact, I don't use it on my TM15 anymore, I've gone back to a view loader.
- Price: I can get a viewloader for $80 or this, and the viewloader kicks the crap out of this loader.

Overall:
Its a great idea and the quality is good, but the actual loader mechanism for feeding the balls is awful. Its like BT designed this in a vacum - meaning, well, the problem of jamming paintballs at high rates of fire has already been solved and well, they designed this poorly. The guides on the agitator are really shallow and small, the posts to keep multiple balls from jamming and few and far between.

Worst part is, when you try and reverse the paintball that's jammed, there's a 50% you'll break it. So, yeah, this is not a good choice for anyone.
