i'd rate this zero stars. by looking at the picture, this is what i expected to receive. when the package arrived i opened to find two (2) of the lumbar mesh back support that you'd use on a chair. i've emailed numerous times (3 to be exact) letting them know they sent me the wrong product as it was not what was advertised. no response. i looked for a phone number to contact, no number posted. the picture you're looking at is somewhat of a band wrap that you can probably velcro around your waist that might contain magnetic devices in it - i would think, i dunno. since i received zero response from these guys, don't know who else to tell but to give this review, this way so you don't have to go thru what i've gone thru. i've become frustrated and cannot get what i actually ordered. now i'm stuck with something i don't want.
