The wife of account holder speaking here. :) My sleeping problem is over! I have yet to hear the end of the cd. Its perfect! If you can't live by a creek then this is the next best thing! I recommend it highly!

The 3-dimensional recording of a gentle bubbling creek, these PURE NATURE SOUNDS were composed and edited by Suzanne Doucet and Chuck Plaisance. They created a wonderful therapeutic tool that can be used for meditation, relaxation, stress relief, to balance the Chakras, for Reiki and for sleep therapy. Highly recommended!
