The Bun makes the best coffee, especially if your office drinks a lot of coffee. It is fast and always ready. It's good to have a few replace ment decanters--the only drawback is that they shatter if you hit them against a sharp edge or a granite countertop. Have a couple in reserve.

After one of the 2 decanters I had hit the floor I was in desperate need for a replacement... These did the trick, were shipped out fast and priced right.... My customers and staff are happy we have coffee again. I purchased the (3) pack just in case I break one in the future.

Our employees are happy that I replaced the broken decanter and have been warned to turn off the burners when the pot is empty. The Bunn has really made a hit.

I am using this with my standard $20 coffee maker. The pots that come with the $20 maker all dribble when you pour a cup of coffee or if you're filling the reservoir. The Bunn decanter does not drip at all and this works great for me.....

While it's a bit irritating having to order the decanter separately from the coffee machine, I do appreciate the easy availability should the carafe break. These are great carafes that hold 12 cups, and pour exceptionally well. The small mouth makes it hard to clean the interior of the pot.

Ordered from Amazon/Shoplet, credit card was charged, waited 2 weeks no shipment. When I followed up they canceled the order saying it was no longer available, however it's still listed as in stock. don't order this one, use another vendor.
