These REALLY work!! I was truly surprised, when I received the product, I kept thinking yeah, right, these are going to keep hotdog and hamburger buns fresh for an extended period of time...NOT! But they did. We bought buns, placed them in the containers and basically forgot about them on the counter (not the fridge). I discovered them about a month later and, with trepidation, opened the containers, expecting to find a fuzzy science experiment. To my absolute glee, I found a package of fresh, soft, hotdog buns. They looked like I had just bought them, and tasted fresh too.

This hot dog/hamburger bun holder does the job. Just don't push down on the lid too hard. It is a little less sturdy than I thought it would be, but it works, and I like it. It keeps the buns fresh longer by doubling the time. Keep the buns in the original wrapper and tie or clip it closed within the bun keeper and it will work best.

A little pricey, but it seems to keep the buns fresher for longer than just keeping them in the bag. I purchased one for hot dog and one for hamburger buns. They stack well to save space.
