The set consists of four different-sized Canisters. Each canister has a beautiful design of different butterflies flocking around white tiger lillies. Everything on each canister is highly embossed and the lids actually have 3-Dimensional unique Butterflies and Lillies as a handle. Each piece is made of ceramic with a very high gloss finish coating it. The colors are so vibrant and the detail is extraordinary. So that you can get a better understanding of their sizes, the largest canister measures approx. 11" tall (to top of lid) and 8" in diameter (at widest point). I purchased this along with the entire set. I love it. My daughter and I are into butterflies and we are loving this set. The 3-d butterflies are really eye-popping and vividly colorful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Three of the four canisters, have the same color butterfly, on the lid. Of the four canisters, three of the butterflies, on the lid, are painted orange and the other one is painted red. It would have been easy to give each canister different color of butterfly. This may sound "picky", but to a buttlerfly lover and collector, it is a big deal.

Please be adised that this item is Green, Very, very Green and the company that sells it on Amazon wants you to pay to have it shipped back (at a cost, more than the item is worth. They sent me the wrong one, it had alot of orange on it and would not admit they make a mistake.
