I own an iPhone 3G. After using the Buxton Cell Phone Wallet with my iPhone for a couple of weeks, I noticed a circular discoloration on its screen. The discoloration is the same size, shape, and in the same location as the magnet on the cell phone holder part of the wallet. I stopped using the wallet immediately. This was a couple of weeks ago, but still the spot remains. I'm fairly certain the screen is permanently damaged and needs to be replaced. I've since noticed the touch screen on my iPhone isn't as responsive as it was before, either. I've contacted Customer Service at As Seen On TV via e-mail but have yet to hear anything back from them about it.

If you value your touch screen cell phone and don't want to have to contemplate hiring a lawyer in order to get it fixed, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I was looking for a cell phone holster which had a belt loop (rather than a clip) and a velcro or magnetic latch on the cover. The Buxton filled those requirements very well. The belt loop is a secure attachment, whereas the clips invariably fall off my belt and crash to the floor. I have accidentally opened the magnetic latch by brushing against something, but the cell phone did not fall out. I prefer the magnetic latch over velcro because it won't wear out as quickly, and it is certainly better than a snap latch. I have not noticed any affect that the magnet has on the info stored in the phone. I'm glad I bought the two for one deal so I have a spare.

On the negative side, I have not used the "coin purse" because it would be hard to fish out a coin, and the purse can't be removed to aid the process. Also, my phone is very small, and is somewhat swallowed up. However, I still find it easier to use than all the other holsters I have tried.

I buy a lot from Amazon because their service is very good; however, their associated vendors are often poor communicators with slow service. For that reason, I often pass over ordering unless it is "sold and shipped by Amazon". However, this vendor beat Amazon, with the item arriving a couple of days ahead of schedule. I am highly satisfied with both the product and the vendor.
