I use patapar paper because Edgar Cayce, the most famous seer of this century, recommended it in his readings. As with all things in the Cayce readings, it was very good advise. I place my organic vegetables in patapar paper and steam them in a NutriWare steamer (also purchased from Amazon) until tender crisp. The patapar paper retains all the nutrients in the food and is reusable. The paper comes in very large sheets, so I am able to cut them into smaller pieces. I would highly recommend this method of cooking to any health conscious person.
