This is the second highchair cover I bought and I am now searching for my third! The first one I bought was an Eddie Bauer version. It was much better than this and half the price. I have yet to find a wooden chair that this fits into properly. It is nearly impossible to attach to the highchair and never stays in place. The velcro is in odd spots and doesn't stay secured. The belt needs to go around the chair from beneath and doesn't hold the child in place. Not only that, you have to get on the ground and crouch down on the floor trying to wrestle the belt into the loop of fabric...it's a nightmare! I hate it! Buyer beware--this product is garbage!

We love our chair cover. Not only does it cover the chair, the strap that comes with the cover works well as a seatbelt since they are often broken at restaurants. Update: we have used this cover many times and it washes nicely in the washing machine!

The print is just adorable and this does have its place, but I tried to use it for everyday use......bought a highchair like the eatery style and this cute cover and it is a pain in the rear to try to get my son in and out, his feet get all messed up and then the pad falls down etc etc. They really should have used more velcro all around to attach it more securely so it would stay put. gosh now that I typed that, I think I will just buy some velcro and add it myself then I might give it 5stars LOL!!! so buy this and some velcro and then you will be all set!!!!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this highchair cover so I thought I would put in my two cents. I bought this because I wanted to keep my child safe from the millions of germs on the highchairs in restaurants. I have had great success at over 10 different restaurants with this cover. It always fits, the velcro is easy to adjust and it isn't bulky. It also folds up easy and is great for transportation. Maybe I am doing something differently, but it seems strange to me that this would not work for some people and works for others. I think its a great product and certainly worth a try for anyone considering purchasing it. It has worked for me every time!

I officially HATE this highchair cover!! Tonight we used it for about the 4th time...I gave it a chance and thought maybe I just couldn't figure out how to use it properly...but NO, it's not me, it's just a CRAPPY PRODUCT!! The thing that bothers me the most about this cover is that once you finally get it fitted onto the highchair, you have to figure out how to get the belt around your child. Ideally you want to get them inton the highchair fairly quickly, right? Believe me,that does not happen with this highchair cover. You spend all this time trying to get it on the chair and then trying to figure out the belt...UGH!! The belt is supposed to go underneath the chair and around their lap. But,it doesn't fit quite over their lap, and is more over their legs. Tonight, in fact, even though I had the belt tightened as tight as it would go, my son actually stood up in the chair (his feet were on the bar below the seat)- the belt is virtually USELESS. It's not safe!! And by the way, the belt is not that long. There are some highchairs that are too big around for it to fit around. Then you cannot use the highchairs straps either because there are no slits in the cover to pull them through. It's just a MESS and really POORLY DESIGNED. Don't waste your money. You WILL be sorry. I cannot beleive all these other people who are giving it 5 stars- they must never have seen a good baby product before!!

I purchased this highchair cover to replace my blue nylon E.B. one. I think it is working out just great. The nylon one I owned previously was great to just wipe off after using, but you couldnt put it in the washer (and after awhile, it needed it). This highchair cover is made from cloth so you can just toss it in the washer if you have a messy little eater. So far I have not had a problem with it fitting. Every restaraunt we have gone to it has worked just fine. I feel great just knowing I am protecting my little girl from those nasty germs on the highchairs! I plan on purchasing a second one just to keep in my husbands car.

We are generally satisfied with this high chair cover, even though it doesn't always stay in place with a wiggly baby. It certainly makes the high chair more comfortable and a better fit for smaller babies. We use this one at home, if it goes on sale again we might get another for travel.

This is a great high chair cover. Very easy to use and not bulky at all. Easily fits in the diaper bag.

I purchased this highchair cover when my baby was about 6 months old. It gave me peace of mind going out to restaurants. It's a bit bulky to carry around, and not super easy to set up, but it is OK and it does keep her clean. Before she turned one year old I wasn't comfortable using disinfecting wipes on places she'd touch. Now she's over 1 year I'm finding myself using this less and less, and start to just disinfect the highchair and tabletop with wipes when we go out. So it's a bit shortlived but that's expected with baby products. The color isn't as bright as shown on the picture - the blue is not as vibrant. Overall, this is an OK purchase, and I think it's worth it.

I gave this two stars because although I loved the color of the fabric, the quilted material, and the workmanship of the cover, it was beautiful but not useful. The holes for the belt are in the bottom of the seat. You are suppose to pass the belt under the restaurant highchair, thread it through the holes on the bottom edge of both sides of the cover, and then over the thighs of your child. What child isn't going to just climb right out of that!! Not to mention that it is kind of awkward trying to pass the belt under the highchair. Also, every time I go out to eat, I have to bring it home and wash it which means it may not be available the next time I go out if the laundry isn't done. The item is bulky and not easily stored. I also own the Fisher-Price restaurant seat cover which is less than half the price of the clean diner, is easily wiped down, folds into itself for storage, and has the belt holes in the back of the seat cover. I am returning this product and buying another Fisher Price so I can have one restaurant cover for each vehicle.
