Babel is another good science fiction story that unfortunately doesn't have anything to do with the overall series story arc. But, it's still pretty good sci-fi, once you get past the dreadfully long first half. I'd watch it again in the future if I had to watch Every ST:DS9 episode (which sometimes happens), but I'd fast forward through the first half. That said, the second half is great. It's like your favorite sports team, where the team "woke up" after halftime to make a good game and win. You forget all about the first half. There's comedy, Quark!, Explosions, alien viruses, and everybody's life is in danger. But like a good sports game with a dreadful first half, it's not one you'd want to watch all of over and over. 3.3/5 just because of the 2nd half. Keep On Trekkin!
