This looked like a cute set and I wanted an extra bottle for my daughter's Baby Alive Real Surprises doll. Unfortunately, the bottle does not work even though the description specifically states that the bottle should work with all Baby Alive dolls except the Baby Alive Go Bye Bye doll and the newborn dolls. It seems very overpriced, especially if the bottle will not work with our Baby Alive doll

I tried contacting Hasbro customer service regarding the defective baby doll bottle, but using the e-mail option was a complete waste of time. After waiting two weeks for a response, I finally gave up and used the telephone. I was informed that this item is for the older Baby Alive dolls so it does not work with the Real Surprises doll. The representative I spoke with was very nice and very quickly and courteously informed me that he would send one that would work with the Real Surprises doll.

If someone needs customer service assistance, I would advise using the telephone and avoid the e-mail option as it does not appear to be actively monitored.

I was thrilled when I read that this bottle should fit all BA dolls with noted exceptions. I ordered it HOPING it would fit the smaller-mouthed Baby Alive Whoopsie Doo doll and IT DOES! A replacement bottle through BA website is NOT available and I thought we were destined to never feed our two Whoopsie Doos again until this set arrived. I'm sorry it doesn't fit the large-mouthed BA dolls, but we are very happy this fits our WDs.
