5.0 out of 5 stars Forever Angels:The Baby Angel, April 11, 2001
A Kid's Review
This review is from: The Baby Angel (Forever Angels) (Paperback)
The book ''The Baby Angel'' was the second Forever Angels book I read. It was scarey and exciting at some parts, but it always ended up happy at the end. In this book Ican understand why Katie was upsetthat her Aunt and Uncle were leaving. Imean if you would have lost your parents like that, then go some place different to live would be hard. The part when the crow stoleher locketwas funny, but sad at the same time and how everthing came together in the book was awsome. One thing lead to the next event or problem. The story was like a river, it flowed right along through the book.

The best part of the book, I thought was when Katie lost the baby, Fern, and chased the woman on the bike to the woods. When she got there and saw Fern at the top of the ledge that was slippery, Katie relized how close to the edge Fern was! All these parts were exciting, intense, scary, happy and sad the whole time. How the writer put all these emotions together like that was remarkable.

All the events in the story were important to it. With the elements like the setting, characters, theme, conflict, climax, and resolutionthe book is more interesting. The setting varies, the charactersall have different personalities, the themeis pretty much based on the belief of Angels, the conflict, climax and resolutionare the best because they show action! One of my favorite story elements though is the characters, because each of their ideas about what to do with Fern was different. Like Katie wanted to keep her and the others wanted to find her mother. The other is the theme, because its about the belief of angels and I believe in angels so the books really make sense to me. The book was good and i plan to keep reading forever Angels books.

I like this book especially when Katie goes into the river
and risks her life just for Fern.I also liked it when at the
end she finds out that Fern is an angel.I could just imagine
how bright it would have been if I was there.Thank you
very much for writing this book.
