We own several of Raffi's recordings, but this seems to be the one that the children ask for most.

It, of course, contains Raffi's famous "Baby Beluga", favorites such as "Day O" and "Kumbaya", and original songs such as "All I Really Need" and "Joshua Giraffe."

If you don't own a Raffi tape, I would highly recommend this recording, particularly for long drives in the car or SUV with your children.

Our family loves Raffi's music, and we would love to share his music with you.

Raffi's music is pure magic for children! That's why he has been honored with numerous parent and children awards, sold 13 million albums worldwide, over a million books, and millions of concert videos. He's the Mr. Rogers of children's music. His music is good for children (unlike some of the commerical trash out there). And his music is so much fun!

"Baby Beluga" was certified Double Platinum in North America (and more worldwide). It's a favorite of ours. Our children never tire of these songs, despite playing them over and over. Your child will love it very much. Some say it's the best children's album of all-time.

The song "Baby Beluga" is definitely the best children's song of all time. It's so easy to sing along with, and the words are just great! Share Baby Beluga with your child(ren).

Our all-time Raffi favorites are:

-"The Singable Songs Collection" (his first 3 masterpiece albums in one value-priced collection).

-"A Young Children's Concert With Raffi" (an astonishingly magical concert video).

This is the best children's music you can buy.

Generally I don't like to listen to children's music but I make an exception for Raffi. We've had this CD for almost ten years and my son STILL likes to listen to it!

My son received this CD for his 1st birthday. The very first time we played it for him, as the strains to 'Baby Beluga' filled the room, he immediately started swaying to the music. It was absolutely amazing to see this instinctive response to the soulful sounds of Raffi. I highly recommend this CD.

After coming across the Baby Beluga book at the library, a friend (a former kindergarten teacher) loaned me the cassette. Her copy was warn out from play and I have recently ordered two CDs. One to replace her worn out tape, and one for my 3 1/2 year old daughter who still loves it. The lively songs and various genre's are refreshing! Anyone who can't stand Barney in their car one more day will be amazed when they catch themselves liking this one! I don't even get tired of it on road trips. Joshua Giraffe has become a family challenge, to see who can sing all of the words! So far, the 3 year old is winning! I highly recommend this CD!

As a long-time early childhood educator, I highly recommend Raffi to everyone who cares about introducing *quality* music to their children. Raffi's music is "just right" for little ones and so fun to sing and dance along with. You'll find yourself singing along, too! I've reviewed hundreds of children's CD's, and Raffi's music is much better than almost everything else (commercial).

My favorites by Raffi are Singable Songs for the Very Young: Great with a Peanut Butter Sandwich, Raffi in Concert, Singable Songs Collection, and Young Children's Concert with Raffi (video), but all of Raffi's CD's are outstanding. Raffi has been recognized for his lifetime achievements for Children. He's the greatest children's music performer of all time. You should share Raffi with the little ones you love.

I have to buy another tape, because we played the first one so much, it broke! My 5 year old daughter continues to ask for it every night! I put another tape in its place, but she wasn't too happy about it! Will she be happy when this comes in! Raffi's music is wonderful for children and adults alike!

I was given this cd as a gift for my infant, and I would highly recommend it -- she has listened to the music for over a year, and she still enjoys it -- particularly "Baby Beluga",the title song.

I bought this and another Raffi CD after getting the Corner Grocery Store as a baby gift. This one is mediocre compared to the grocery store. I don't recommend it at all, get the corner grocery store if you are thinking of a great CD for your young child.

This is the first Raffi we bought (over a year ago). My 17 month old daughter absolutely loves it!! She dances to all of the songs and know many of the words to "Baby Beluga". (All whales are now named Baby Beluga). She and I both very highly recommend this cd. We also now have many others by Raffi!!
