I purchased this harness because I used one for my children when they were young and found it invaluable when there were safety concerns. The Buddy Deluxe indicated that it could be used for even toddlers and shows an older boy wearing one. I have an 18 month old grand daughter and it fits her fine now. However, there is just no way that this will fit her comfortably when she is 2 years old; it's too skimpy. I don't know how those models in the pictures fit into it. This is very disappointing considering she is of very average weight and just a bit on the tall side. (Wish I had kept my old one made of cotton.)

This is a great system to keep my son close to me and keep him from running off. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is because I wish the leash had a clip that I could just attached to one of the D loops instead of having to do some loop/slide maneuver just to attached the leash to the harness.

Bought two for twin granddaughters. One twin did not mind the harness but the other one would have nothing to do with it...that's just her personality (very independent).
