Our 18-month old brings this book to us to read. He loves acting out the sequence of the story, even anticipating what comes next - bouncing, clapping, singing, etc. I had been really struggling with how to find ways to interact in a positive way with our very active toddler. He usually won't sit still long enough to get through any activity or book. It is so nice to have a fun thing to do together that involves cuddling and laughing, instead of saying "no" all the time!

I've never written an Amazon review before but I had to come on here and talk about how much my 18-month-old son loves this book. It's definitely his favorite. I've got a stack of bedtime books on his table and lately he says "bye-bye" to each one until he gets to this one (it's on the bottom of the pile since it's the biggest). He smiles throughout the whole thing. He points to his nose, toes, etc as we're reading- in fact, it's the only time I can get him to point to body parts. In short, this book is wonderful.

I bought this book for my 2-year-old son because I love Karma Wilson's books. He really enjoys her other books. It's very simple (mostly for 1-2 yr olds) , but it's fun for bedtime. The pictures are really sweet too.

I was given this book at my baby shower. My husband and I read it to my son every night before bed. He got old enough where he would start anticipating the clapping, singing, etc... before we turned the page. I bought the same book when my daughter was born and started reading it to her. She is now 18 months and loves the book. She loves to clap to it, sing to it and sticks her feet out to me to nibble on them like it says in the book. I LOVE this book!! Makes a great gift for a new parent!

My mother bought this for our multi-racial daughter, in part because the illustrations show children of multiple races which is not always easy to find in books that aren't specifically about race. The rhymes are sweet and easy to remember (particularly after the 100th read) so our daughter enjoys hearing some of the verses throughout the day. She's only 1 and she can already anticipate different parts like "yay for little babycakes, clap, clap, clap" when she starts clapping. Its defintely one of our favorites!

Absolutely adorable! We can't get enough of it. You really will find yourself singing the words to your baby throughout the day!

We love to read this one in a sing-song way. Adorable pictures. I find myself reciting it to her throughout the day.

I have read this book to my son every night before bed, since he was 9 months old. He loves it, and I love how you can be interactive- I smooch his nose, kiss his toes, play peek-a-boo, etc.

The words are melodic and fun, and my son is very engaged by the colorful illustrations! I great book for your little one's collection!

got this book for my 15 month old and it is great. We are able to follow the words in the book with actions ie it says smooch on the nose that's what I do!

My Wife just loves this book. Our little girl is 8 months old and she just laughs every time we read it to her. It's a cute book that is catchy in its phrasing. You'll love it if you buy it.
