Definitely a collectors doll !
Bonnie Danell
She didn't have the cute expression like the picture and she was small and her body was hard like a vinyl doll.
Vicky Cooper
Had to send it back to bradford exchange and their service is worse than the product.

If this doll wasn't a gift for a 4-year-old, I would have sent it back. I like the heft and movement of the doll, and even the baby powder scent, but there are two and a half issues. The half issues is the doll's eyes look greyish-blue on my browser, and customer service stated they were a lavender-blue, but they are very, very violet. The first full issue is the doll's skin is very smooth in tone instead of slightly mottled. That ever-so-slight ruddiness on her cheeks and forehead isn't there. I'll try to find a way to upload a picture. The other problem is that the hair is badly glued on, and it's extremely apparent where the edge of the glue is. At the crown of the head, it's tacky. I can solve this problem by removing the hair and glue and rooting the hair by hand using new mohair, but this isn't what I expected from a doll for $140.

I really like the doll but her hair scares me. You can not fix it you can not do anything with it. It sticks up and mats down. You can also see all of the glue on her head which makes it hard to keep things off of it. There are lots of different things stuck to her head. I got this doll for Christmas and was really disappointed in her hair. I thought it was just a mistake but then I watched a YouTube video and saw that my doll was not the only one with MESSED up hair. Another thing was that i ordered her in August, and yes i did not get to open her until Christmas, however, she was not delivered until December 12. Every time we would call they would say it would be here soon. So they were no help at all. We even had a postcard mailed to us saying that our order would be cancelled unless we called and reordered. So that is my opinion of the Ashton Drake Galleries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was disappointed in the doll I got. She didn't have the cute expression like the
picture and she was small and her body was hard like a vinyl doll. My son said
she looks too fake not like the other reborn I have. Her hair was glued and plastered
and her eyes are painted not glass eyes. I sent her back. If you're looking for a
doll fine but not a reborn baby.

I would not consider this doll a toy. It isn't durable enough for a lot of play. Especially the hair As it falls out. It also mats. Would like to know how to make it stay down. Definitely a collectors doll !
