My "grandmother friends" have been raving about Baby Einstein products for years. When I gifted my nieces with this classical collection, I got very good reactions. These cds are well produced, and studies have shown the positive long-term effects of exposure to classical music. Babies will be soothed, parents might get a bit more rest, and somewhere in the sub-conscious, an appreciation of the great works will be born. What could be a better gift for an infant?

My son is 4 months and loves these CD's...we play them while he's doing his tummy time. They are also great for bed time...puts him right to sleep.

There is a reasonably good collection of classical music pieces, which unfortunately sounds synthesized and not recorded with a full piece orchestra, which is what I would have preferred.

My baby absolutely loves this set of music. I was not very impressed myself, when i found that the music is modified and simplified substantially to suit simple instruments. However, it seems to work wonders for my baby and that is what matters more, i guess. I am only concerned that he may not be able to appreciate the real stuff later.

I appreciate the Baby Einstein products because they make classical music a part of the child's repertoire at a very early age. For my grandson I never want a time to exist in which he isn't surrounded by beautiful, quality music. Therefore I am thankful that this album exists. I have purchased it for his Christmas gift, so don't know how he'll respond to it as yet, but he loves all the other Baby Einstein music on his other toys. Thank you!

Bought this for my grandson because he loves the music. I play it while driving him around, it soothes him.

Weather eating a snack or meal, coloring, playing with toys on the floor, it really doesn't matter... this is the ultimate background music. For my daughter its a white noise at bedtime, snack time, while we just hang out, and car rides. Soothing but not tiring, its an ultimate pick for those with kids. I can imagine it helps them in the learning process and keeps them at peace. Its a habit we build over listening to Mom and Dads Rap, Metal, and Country.
Plus parents, watch how calm you become in day to day events especially after listing to it and working with your kids over the course of time. A+++ and 10 *'s!!!

He comprado todos los cd's de musica, a mi hijo de 4 meses le encantan. Al escuchar la musica se relaja y muchas veces se queda dormido.

As indicated in previous reviews that I disregarded, the tabs on the inside of the handy carrying case were broken upon arrival. My son does enjoy the music, however an intact case would have been nice.

I love Baby Einstein and was impressed with the variety of musical selection in the set. We're planning to use some of the CDs for bedtime lullabies. Great item for baby!
